     I am a Detroit makeup artist with a passion for beauty and skincare. I want to use my talents to give back, and be a blessing to others.

     I'm not just focused on making people look good. I want them to also feel good about themselves. I understand the transformative power of makeup and skincare. I use both to boost someone’s confidence and self-esteem. I'm always looking for ways to improve my skills and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.

     What sets me apart as a makeup artist is my desire to use my talents in making a positive impact's in the world. I may volunteer services at a women shelter or donate products to a charity. I believe beauty should be accessible to all, regardless of background or financial situation.

     I am also committed to using products that are ethically sourced and cruelty-free. I understand the importance of sustainability and are always looking for ways to reduce their environmental impact.

     Overall, I am more than just a skilled professional – I am a kind-hearted individual who wants to make a difference in the world, one face at a time.

My mission as a Makeup Artist is to value the importance of excellent standards, knowledge and creativity in the beauty industry that clients come to expect.

 

BACKGROUND :

My name is makya Morgan.I am an aspiring makeup artist who grew up mostly with my conservative grandmother.I wasnt allowed to wear cosmetics, so when I had the opportunity to, I fell in love!

Growing up in foster care and transitioning programs shaped me into the strong women I am today.I am one of the few survivors of domestic violence; it has affected me mentally and emotionally.I have overcome many obstacles throughout my life, at a young age, and I don’t think I could have done it without God.

God showed me how much he cares for me.For a minute in my life, I stopped believing.In Isaiah 41:10, God says, “So do not fears, for I am with you; do not dismay for I am your God, I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” I have nothing to fear.God has always been with me.

I’ve always been an artist; being creative flows in my blood.Eventually, I started to practice makeup on other people, and that is when I discovered I was very talented.I specialize in the average glam to extraordinary special effects. I like to challenge myself with creative glams and spooky special effects transformations.
